        On January 7, the 2022 Annual Conference of Ducheng Industrial was grandly held in Hangzhou. With the theme "Unite as One, Build the Future Together", the conference consisted of two major sessions: special training and annual work reports. Mr. Du Wei, Chairman of Ducheng Industrial, attended the conference together with senior management, alongside regional supervisors and all Hangzhou-based staff.

        The special training was delivered by Mr. Li Dongxin, Director of Human Resources and Administration, Mr. Shao Zhengang, Chief Operating Officer, and Ms. Huang Xiaohui, Recruitment Manager. They gave in-depth lectures covering interview skills, employee relations, as well as the responsibilities, competencies and techniques of project managers. The training helped us realize that to better advance each business segment, we must strengthen communication between employees and the HR department, and fully leverage the role of talent in the company’s production and operation.

         Through a series of case studies and scenario simulations on site, participants learned targeted methods for recruitment, training, deployment and retention of department staff in daily management. As the core of the project team, project managers need to elevate refined management and build project departments focused on quality and efficiency. All project managers are expected to uphold strict self-discipline, avoid being bogged down by trivial routine work, think ahead with proactive planning, and carry out all work from a holistic, high-level perspective of the entire project.

        At the start of the afternoon session, Mr. Li Dongxin, Director of Human Resources and Administration, Mr. Liu Yaohua, Marketing Director, Mr. Shao Zhengang, Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Zhang Yi, Chief Financial Officer delivered work reports in sequence. In 2022, all business divisions forged ahead in their respective fields and achieved fruitful results amid hardships. At the conference, the company clarified performance targets for each business segment and defined the corporate strategic development goals for 2023.

        The Human Resources and Administration Department proactively embraced organizational transformation and upheld a performance-oriented culture featuring promotion for competent staff, rewards for outstanding performers, demotion for mediocre employees and elimination for underachievers. It strived to build an agile, efficient, lean and dynamic organization to fuel the achievement of corporate development goals.    

        The marketing management team exceeded its performance targets and doubled business volume. Localized operation took initial shape. Pressing forward amid difficulties and surging against headwinds, the team laid a solid foundation for the company within the industry.

        The production management team proceeded steadily with continuous innovation, value-added services and brand upgrading, maintaining the enterprise’s leading position in the sector.

        The financial management team stayed committed to its mission and faithfully fulfilled job duties to support all teams in accomplishing numerous tasks. Through countless days and nights of diligent hard work and persistent striving, they spared no effort to contribute their strength to the company’s growth.

        Subsequently, Mr. Teng Huailiang, President of Ducheng Industrial, summarized the company's business performance in 2022, objectively analyzed existing problems in daily operations, and laid out detailed arrangements and plans for work in 2023.

        Quoting the remark "Do you still remember why you started to strive?", President Teng made a firm commitment that in 2023, the company will adopt forceful measures and deliver tangible results to grasp core priorities, tackle key tasks and resolve tough challenges, so as to ensure all work in 2023 is accomplished with high quality and rigorous standards.
