As autumn gives way to winter, Zhejiang Ducheng Industrial Co., Ltd. launched a new employee training program at its Shandong Branch on November 29. The training was designed to help new hires integrate faster, boost work efficiency, learn corporate culture and strengthen team cohesion. Senior management including Group President Teng Huailiang, Production Director Shao Zhengang and HR & Administration Director Li Dongxin served as instructors for the session.
Most participants in this new staff training are student interns. Having just graduated from school, they are gradually completing the role transition from students to professionals and striving to achieve leaps from competence to excellence. Senior management of the Group attaches great importance to this training and has made thorough arrangements. To fully familiarize new colleagues with corporate culture, improve their teamwork skills, enhance personal capabilities, and smooth their transformation from students to professionals, the President’s Office and Human Resources & Administration Center have carried out meticulous planning and preparation for the training.
The new employee training consists of two modules: general courses and specialized courses. During the four-day general training session, participants gained comprehensive knowledge covering the company’s development history, organizational structure, corporate culture, rules and regulations, workflows, compensation and benefits, etc.
Group senior executives and department heads served as trainers. Their easy-to-understand lectures empowered new recruits and boosted their confidence to adapt to the corporate environment, laying a solid foundation for their upcoming career journey. Basic assessments were conducted at the end of each day’s courses. Through this intensive training, new employees have obtained a holistic understanding of the company and grown full of confidence in the enterprise’s prospects and their own career development.Focused Learning, Professional Support
Upon the completion of general courses, specialized training followed. Over the three-week program, new employees received systematic professional training on frequency converters. Trainers shared all their expertise without reservation, covering both theoretical knowledge related to production and practical precautions for on-site factory operations. This comprehensive guidance helps new recruits avoid unnecessary detours at work and supports their structured learning and career growth.
