To deepen corporate exchanges and explore digital transformation, a delegation headed by Mr. Du Wei, Chairman of Ducheng Industrial Co., Ltd., recently paid a visit to Wolong Electric Group Co., Ltd. for communication, where they were warmly received by relevant executives including Mr. Li Qiang, Vice President of Wolong Electric Group’s Global Sales Headquarters, Mr. Yin Chao, General Manager of Distribution SBU under Global Sales Headquarters, and Mr. Liu Ziqing, President of Zhejiang Shunyun Internet Technology.
First of all, the delegation led by Chairman Du Wei visited Zhejiang Shunyun Internet Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Wolong Electric Group. They voiced their intention to build an online management platform for frequency converters and carry out in-depth exchanges and learning. Mr. Liu Ziqing, President of Shunyun Internet, gave a comprehensive introduction to the company’s development history, business models, core industries and technological R&D. He also pledged support for Ducheng Industrial’s software platform development. Both sides agreed to strengthen communication and pursue joint development, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth cooperation in the future.
Subsequently, Mr. Du and his entourage toured Wolong Household Motor Factory, a smart factory that basically realizes unmanned dark production. From raw materials to finished products, all production, storage, handling and testing procedures are automatically completed by intelligent robots and automated equipment without manual labor.
Afterwards, the two sides held in-depth exchanges in the meeting room. Mr. Du stated that Wolong Electric, Shunyun Internet and Ducheng Industrial enjoy highly complementary business structures. Going forward, Ducheng Industrial will leverage its own strengths to actively explore intelligent and digital sectors, laying a solid foundation for the expansion of its domestic and overseas frequency converter management business. He also expressed the hope that both parties could give full play to their respective resource advantages to achieve win-win results.
Executives of Wolong Electric invited Mr. Du and Ducheng’s management team to visit Anshan Rongxin Factory, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wolong, in December to jointly discuss business development in the stock market of Rongxin’s high-voltage frequency converters.
During this exchange session, the two sides conducted thorough discussions covering business technical services, product distribution, project resources and digital transformation, and reached valuable consensus on multiple topics including business resource integration and digital operation & maintenance. Both parties agreed to take this exchange as an opportunity to boost information sharing, create favorable conditions for cooperation and realize mutual empowerment.
