To further deepen school-enterprise cooperation and advance industry-education integration, Zhejiang Ducheng Industrial Co., Ltd. held a school-enterprise cooperation signing and unveiling ceremony with Rizhao Polytechnic of Shandong Province on November 30. The event was attended by college leaders including Mr. Han Zhen, Vice President, Ms. Xiong Wensheng, General Party Branch Secretary of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department, Mr. Wang Lechao, Deputy Director of the Scientific Research and Industry-Education Integration Division, and Ms. Li Xia, General Party Branch Secretary of the Humanities and Tourism Department, as well as Mr. Teng Huailiang, Group President, Mr. Shao Zhengang, Production Director, and Mr. Li Dongxin, Director of Human Resources and Administration of the Group.

        At the beginning of the meeting, Ducheng Industrial extended a warm welcome to all leaders attending the signing ceremony. Mr. Li Dongxin, Director of Human Resources and Administration, Mr. Shao Zhengang, Production Director, and Mr. Yin Yaqing, Deputy General Manager of Production of the Shandong Branch, gave the college delegation a detailed briefing on the development history, operational performance and talent training orientation of the Shandong Branch.

        Mr. Teng Huailiang, Group President, stated that in recent years, Ducheng Industrial has actively responded to national strategic requirements by continuously increasing investment in talent development. Adhering to the principle of simultaneous talent recruitment and cultivation as well as rational employment and talent retention, the Group has maintained in-depth cooperative exchanges with numerous universities over the long run. Upholding the tenet of "serving talents, taking employment as the orientation, and pursuing development through the integration of industry, academia and research", the enterprise has consistently delivered outstanding professionals for China’s electrical services and industrial IoT sectors, creating greater social value for both enterprises and colleges.

           Subsequently, Dean Han Zhen of Rizhao Polytechnic extended his congratulations on the achievements made by Ducheng Industrial. He then introduced the college’s basic overview, faculty scale, discipline development, specialty construction and scientific research progress. Focusing on four dimensions — discipline, work style, learning awareness and safety awareness — he put forward earnest expectations for all interns present. He hoped the interns would cherish this internship opportunity, study diligently, ask more questions, stay down-to-earth, continuously improve their comprehensive abilities and enrich practical experience.

         Dean Han Zhen stated that looking ahead, he hoped both sides would rely on the school-enterprise cooperation platform to carry out in-depth academic exchanges, technological innovation and research on cutting-edge theories. Through integrated industry and education development, the two parties could provide solid talent support for the high-quality development of electrical service industry in China.

        Then, witnessed by all participants, leaders of the school and the enterprise signed the School-Enterprise Strategic Cooperation Agreement and held an unveiling ceremony.

After the ceremony, Deputy General Manager Yin led the college leaders on a tour of the factory premises.

        The signing of this agreement marks the official launch of cooperation between the two parties. The college and the enterprise will further carry out multi-level, diversified and multi-field cooperation, establish a long-term cooperation mechanism featuring co-construction of talent training, joint whole-process management and resource sharing, and realize the organic integration and optimal allocation of school and enterprise resources. Adhering to the cooperation philosophy of "complementary resources and joint development", Rizhao Polytechnic and Ducheng Industrial are bound to embrace booming development and reach new heights in the future.
