To strengthen communication and cooperation between schools and enterprises and expand talent recruitment channels, Ducheng Industrial Group recently launched an initiative themed "Deepen Cooperation to Cultivate Talents, Join Hands Between Schools and Enterprises to Boost Development".

         Part 1: School-Enterprise Exchange Conference at Rizhao Polytechnic, Shandong Province 

        On October 27, Mr. Teng Huailiang, President of Ducheng Industrial Group, and Mr. Li Dongxin, Director of Human Resources and Administration, visited Rizhao Polytechnic in Shandong Province to attend a school-enterprise exchange meeting. They were received by Mr. Han Zhen, Dean of the college, Ms. Xiong Wensheng, Party Secretary, and Mr. Wang Lechao, Division Chief.

        At the outset of the meeting, Dean Han gave a detailed introduction to the college's development history, and put forward constructive suggestions on the college’s key development priorities in the future as well as the objectives and approaches for school-enterprise collaboration. Both sides held in-depth exchanges on diversified cooperation models, the matching of talent development demands, and the integration of innovative development.President Teng stated that school-enterprise cooperation can leverage the respective strengths of colleges and enterprises while jointly cultivating skilled professionals demanded by the electromechanical industry, constituting a win-win model for both parties.

        Subsequently, Secretary Xiong led President Teng and Director Li on a tour of the college's training base. They also had an in-depth exchange of experience with Teacher Liu Cao, who has guided students to participate in national vocational skills competitions on numerous occasions and achieved outstanding results.

         Part 2: Leaders from Zhejiang Polytechnic of Industry Visit Our Company for School-Enterprise Cooperation Negotiations

           On November 8, leaders from Zhejiang Polytechnic of Industry visited our company to discuss school-enterprise cooperation. Representatives of our company, including Mr. Li Dongxin, Director of Human Resources and Administration, Mr. Shao Zhengang, Production Director, and Mr. Ge Liang, Assistant to the President, attended the seminar alongside the school’s delegation: Mr. Liu Jian, General Party Branch Secretary, Mr. Gao Qifeng, Vice President, Mr. Jin Zheliang, Head of Electrical Automation Major, Ms. Shen Shanshan, Head of Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation Major, and Mr. Chen Bin, Student Counselor of the Student Affairs Office.

        First of all, Director Li extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to the school leaders for their visit. He then gave a presentation covering the enterprise’s current development status, management experience, corporate culture, market intelligence and talent demands, expressing the wish to establish an in-depth cooperation mechanism with the college.

         He pointed out that school-enterprise cooperation is a requirement for corporate development under the new landscape as well as a strategic initiative to achieve win-win results. It is both an urgent priority and a long-term fundamental plan. Such cooperation meets the development needs of the college, and more importantly, the growth demands of the enterprise. It also represents the bounden duty of enterprises to give back to higher learning institutions and advance the development of higher education.

        Subsequently, Mr. Liu Jian, General Party Branch Secretary of Zhejiang Polytechnic of Industry, introduced the college’s basic profile in terms of campus scale, faculty strength, school-running characteristics and development achievements. He pointed out that government-school-enterprise collaboration and the integration of production, education and research are not only the essential features of vocational education, but also important measures that deliver mutual benefits, win-win outcomes and multiple gains.

        School-enterprise cooperation helps the college deepen the integration of industry and education, keep abreast of social demands and boost innovation capacity, while enabling enterprises to cultivate practical talents. In addition, he expressed the hope that both sides would further expand cooperation areas, innovate collaboration mechanisms and build cooperation platforms, strive to realize the integrated connection of specialty chains, talent chains, innovation chains and industrial chains, and advance win-win development for the college, enterprises and local economy.
