Take the lead and outperform all competitors
On July 20, all sales staff of Ducheng Industrial gathered in Fangchenggang for a distinctive corporate business presentation contest. The contest aims to further fuel the sales team’s enthusiasm for learning and improve their comprehensive professional capabilities. A total of 28 contestants participated. They delivered thorough and in-depth introductions to Ducheng Industrial’s business system from multiple perspectives, including industry pain points, brand strengths and value, product solutions, and engineering service systems. Full of energy, the contestants drew on solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience, demonstrating sound professional foundations and a positive mental outlook. The entire event was well-organized, orderly, impartial and objective, truly showcasing the personal charisma of Ducheng’s sales personnel and the cohesion of the team.
Looking Back on Half a Year, Embarking on Reform
On July 21, Ducheng Industrial and Lidewell held the 2024 Service Cooperation Seminar in Fangchenggang. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on corporate development, business scope, strategic positioning and cooperation models, and reached a consensus on mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation.
In the afternoon of the same day, Ducheng Industrial held its scheduled 2024 Semi-annual Summary Meeting themed "Looking Back on Half a Year, Embarking on Reform". Centering on annual targets and tasks, professional management staff reviewed achievements in the first half of the year, examined existing problems and deficiencies, and made key arrangements for work in the next stage. At the meeting, Mr. Teng Huailiang, President of Ducheng Industrial, and Mr. Zhang Erlong, Senior Vice President, delivered concluding speeches respectively. They fully affirmed the work progress of the past six months and put forward requirements and objectives for follow-up work.
Row forward steadfastly to open a brand-new chapter
The grand opening ceremony of Fangchenggang Base kicked off at 08:08 a.m. on July 22 amid widespread anticipation. Mr. Teng Huailiang, President of Ducheng Industrial, delivered an impassioned speech. He reviewed the company’s decade-long development journey, noting that the enterprise has always adhered to the goal of "building a nationwide service network system and establishing an outstanding technical service platform". Upholding Ducheng’s spirit of unity, integrity, pioneering and enterprise, the company has continuously overcome obstacles and achieved leaps forward. Today’s opening ceremony of Fangchenggang Base marks a new stage of development for Ducheng Industrial. Though the road has been fraught with twists and hardships, these challenges have tempered our will and strengthened our resolve. Mr. Teng stressed that all difficulties are temporary, and the company will gradually adopt a more standardized and comprehensive formal enterprise management system.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing a decisive new start and a blueprint for grand prospects, officially inaugurated Ducheng Industrial’s Fangchenggang Base. The snip severed not only the ribbon but also unlocked boundless potential for Ducheng Industrial’s future growth. Later, Mr. Zhang Erlong, Senior Vice President of Ducheng Industrial, and Mr. Sui Yu, General Manager of the Customer Service Department, Industrial Solutions Division, Siemens Energy Co., Ltd., jointly unveiled the plaque of "Ducheng Industrial & Siemens Energy Senior Enterprise Partner", lifting the event to its climax. Following the ceremony, invited guests toured the new base, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s development journey and production scale, and expressed full confidence in its promising future.

Forge Ahead Vigorously, March Forward Together On July 22, the 2024 Service Cooperation Seminar hosted by the Industrial Solutions Division of Siemens Energy was grandly held at Rongxing Grand Hall in Fangchenggang, Guangxi. A great number of frontline elites and industry leaders gathered to engage in an intensive learning brainstorming session. The seminar aims to further boost in-depth exchanges and integration between both sides across industries and regions, and jointly explore new development opportunities.
At the start of the meeting, Mr. Zheng Qin, Vice President of Siemens Energy, Mr. Sui Yu, General Manager of the Customer Service Department, Mr. Teng Huailiang, President of Ducheng Industrial, and Mr. Zhang Erlong, Senior Vice President of Ducheng Industrial, delivered speeches in sequence. Both sides reviewed their four-year cooperation journey. Four years of side-by-side progress have witnessed the profound partnership and outstanding achievements of the two parties, and multiple successful projects jointly built have become benchmarks in the industry.
During the training session, various experts and executives from Siemens Energy delivered wonderful presentations and sharing covering safety management, Robicon product service technologies, drive technologies for the papermaking industry, and low-voltage frequency conversion service technologies. Afterwards, Ms. Yang Zhao, Deputy General Manager of the Digital Center, Mr. Yang Chengchao, Regional Operations Director, Mr. Huang Geng, Chief Engineer of the Operations Management Center, and Mr. Deng Haigang, Chief Engineer of Ducheng Industrial took the floor respectively. Their presentations focused on four themes: an introduction to Ducheng IoT 2.0, live-line cleaning services, project case studies of converter tilting and oxygen lance drive control systems, and load testing methods for high-power valve groups. Their speeches were illustrated with vivid pictures and explained profound theories in an easy-to-understand way, presenting all participants a feast of wisdom and inspiration.
The successful holding of this seminar has not only deepened cooperation and exchanges between the two parties, but also laid a solid foundation for their joint development in the future.
