We bid farewell to the fruitful year of 2024, and embark together on the promising voyage of 2025. On January 23, Ducheng Industrial’s 2024 Annual Conference was grandly held in Nanjing. Centered on the theme "Leading the Future with Intelligence, Marching Forward Side by Side", the event looked back on the extraordinary journey of 2024 and envisioned the ambitious blueprint for 2025. Senior management, distinguished guests and staff representatives gathered at the venue. Looking back on our hard-won journey and gazing ahead to the new road that awaits us. We have shone brightly, reaped numerous rewarding achievements through persistent efforts, and built up enduring momentum for sustained growth. At the opening of the conference, Mr. Teng Huailiang, President of Ducheng Industrial, delivered the work report. He stated that over the past year, the company achieved steady growth in both revenue and profit, with marked improvements in profitability and operational quality. Our production-sales coordination, supply chain management and capital utilization efficiency have all advanced, while refined cost management delivered remarkable results. Faced with an increasingly complex and volatile market landscape ahead, all business divisions must firmly consolidate core operations and actively explore optimization approaches. Guided by quality improvement and efficiency gains, and targeting an intelligence-driven future, we will deepen our presence in the chemical sector, expand into the new energy market, establish an overseas division, and further broaden our development scope through global layout to fulfill the company’s long-term development goals.

On January 24, the Service Cooperation Training Session co-hosted by Siemens Energy and Jiangsu Ducheng Industrial Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Nanjing. This training event aims to cultivate professional technical talents for the motor excitation industry, upgrade their professional expertise, and strengthen frontline technicians’ capability to guarantee the stable operation of power equipment. The training consists of two major modules: an introduction to synchronous machine excitation systems and the official authorization examination organized by Siemens Energy. During the training, participating employees listened attentively and communicated promptly with instructors about difficult knowledge points. They mastered equipment operating procedures proficiently, fostering a positive atmosphere of learning, competing, helping and advancing together, which effectively guaranteed high-quality and effective training. Upon completion of the training, Siemens Energy administered a graduation examination and issued official training completion certificates to all participants.
To grow a tree tall, one must strengthen its roots; to make a stream flow far, one must unclog its source.
