On April 14, 2025, Ducheng Industrial held its Q1 2025 Sales Summary Meeting, gathering all internal and external marketing staff. With vivid PPT presentations, the trainer elaborated on the functional features, application scenarios and prominent advantages of the "Frequency Conversion Manager". Through on-site operational demonstrations, employees intuitively mastered how to operate the system. Their professional competence was greatly enhanced, laying a solid foundation for the efficient development of the company’s relevant businesses.         Afterwards, directors of each major region took the floor to report on the sales performance of their respective territories in the first quarter one by one, and put forward key work priorities and strategies for the next phase. Meanwhile, outstanding teams and managers with remarkable Q1 performance were commended at the meeting.         Then, Mr. Hou Zhongyang, Deputy General Manager of Supply and Marketing, delivered a detailed interpretation of the target quotas for all regions in the next quarter, put forward new expectations and requirements for the sales team, and stressed the need to boost team morale and professional competence to ensure full implementation of market strategies. General Manager Hou encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirits of unity, collaboration and hard work, seize market opportunities, strive for innovation, embrace the challenges of the new year with high morale and enthusiasm, and go all out to achieve the 2025 marketing goals.                  In the afternoon, Ducheng product training and a tour of the production base were arranged. Drawing on profound expertise, the trainer thoroughly analyzed product technical principles, broke down product features, and illustrated product performance in diverse application scenarios with abundant real cases. Afterwards, sales staff visited Ducheng’s production base on-site to gain a firsthand understanding of rigorous production procedures and advanced manufacturing techniques. This activity enabled sales personnel to fully grasp the strengths of the company’s products, laying a solid groundwork for accurately highlighting selling points and expanding business.
